My focus is on governance, compliance and clarity — managing public funds with precision and trust. Embedded within client teams, I align capital delivery with long-term strategy, stakeholder needs and operational impact.

With a strong foundation in PRINCE2® and 15+ years’ experience, I deliver people-first project leadership across education and charity sectors.
I specialise in embedding within teams to drive revenue projects and operational change that reflect real-world goals and values. Passionate about clarity and collaboration, I bring structure, momentum and results — from digital rollouts to complex builds.
A first-class combination
When we found ourselves working together on the same South Central Institute of Technology project back in 2019, it very soon became clear that not only did we both had the same understanding of education and the public sector, but we also shared a deep commitment to social responsibility in all of our work.
And as we both worked on subsequent CTF and Post-16 capacity fund projects it became obvious that our shared values and complementary skill sets were so perfectly aligned that we decided to join forces on a full-time basis as PMS[MK] Ltd.
Our combination of technical construction knowledge including team creation and leadership, together with the ability to mould and motivate those teams for optimal performance ensures that we successfully deliver projects on budget, on time - every time.
Who we are
Project Management Solutions MK is an experienced, PRINCE2-certified project management consultancy based in Milton Keynes. Formerly known as Project Management Solutions, we’ve delivered impactful projects across the education and charity sectors for more than 15 years — from full-scale capital developments to agile operational change programmes.
Our rebrand reflects our growth, but our core purpose remains the same: to provide embedded project leadership that aligns with our clients’ values, goals and ways of working. We don’t just manage projects. We work as part of your organisation — building trust, understanding your culture and delivering results that stick.
